SE TEM 50 OU MAIS TRABALHADORES DEVE REGISTAR-SE NA PLATAFORMA MENAC ATÉ 14 DE FEVEREIRO

As empresas com 50 ou mais trabalhadores estão, desde 2022, sujeitas ao Regime Geral de Prevenção da Corrupção, sendo obrigadas a registar-se na Plataforma MENAC (Mecanismo Nacional Anticorrupção), para apresentação da documentação exigida nesta matéria.

Companies with 50 or more employees have, since 2022, to complie with the General Corruption Prevention Regime, and must register on the MENAC (National Anti-Corruption Mechanism) Platform, to present the due documentation.

O Regime Geral de Prevenção da Corrupção (RGPC), que entrou em vigor a 7 de junho de 2022, aplica-se às pessoas coletivas com sede ou sucursal em Portugal, e às sucursais em território nacional de pessoas coletivas com sede no estrangeiro, que empreguem 50 ou mais trabalhadores. Nessa medida, se a sua empresa está nesta situação, deverá adotar um programa de cumprimento relativo a esta matéria, o qual deve incluir, pelo menos:

• Plano de Prevenção de Riscos (PPR);
• Código de Conduta;
• Programa de formação interna;
• Canal de denúncias.

As empresas devem assim, até dia 14 de fevereiro, proceder ao registo na Plataforma MENAC/RGPC, preenchendo os formulários e inserindo a documentação exigida.

O MENAC tem remetido às empresas abrangidas um e-mail de pré-registo para o endereço associado ao registo na Segurança Social. Caso não tenha recebido esta comunicação, deverá remeter o seu pedido de acesso à plataforma através do endereço de e-mail registo@mec-anticorrupcao.pt

 Companies with 50 or more employees have, since 2022, to complie with the General Corruption Prevention Regime, and must register on the MENAC (National Anti-Corruption Mechanism) Platform, to present the due documentation.

The General Corruption Prevention Regime (RGPC), which came into force on June 7th, 2022, applies to all entities with headquarters or branches in Portugal, and to branches in Portugal and headquarters abroad, with 50 or more workers. Therefore, if your company is in this situation, you must adopt a compliance program related to this matter, which must include, at least:

• A Risk Prevention Plan (PPR);
• A Code of Conduct;
• An Internal training program;
• A Reporting channel.

The company must therefore, by February 14th, register on the MENAC Platform, filling out the forms and presenting all the required documentation.

MENAC (National Anti-Corruption Mechanism), has allready sent a pre-registration email to the companies to the address associated to Social Security registration.
